The Ti2-U inverted microscope features industry-leading optics for high-resolution images, choice between cell-friendly LED and traditional halogen light source, and a robust, vibration resistant design for high-precision manipulation procedures such as ICSI and IMSI. An integrated, intermediate magnification changer (1.5X) enables easy switching between 200X and 300X without changing objectives. The stage can accommodate handles of various lengths on either the right or left side. Combined with a variable inclination eyepiece tube, the Ti2 provides an ergonomic interface that minimizes stress during repeated procedures.
Smaller than the Ti2, the Ts2R fits easily inside clean benches and laminar flow hoods. The Ts2R features a cell-friendly LED light source for diascopic illumination. The Ts2R-FL, fluorescent model, offers up to four fluorescent channels. The Ts2R and Ts2R-FL can be configured for a variety of observation methods including NAMC, Emboss Contrast, and spindle observation.
Nikon's SMZ1270 stereomicroscope features an impressive zoom ratio of 12.7:1 (0.63X – 8X) and provides a wide field-of-view at low magnifications. The Oblique Coherent Contrast (OCC) option enables high-contrast, high-clarity observation of oocytes and embryos.
Nikon microscopes have played a significant role from the early days of Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) and continue to contribute to the advancement of this field through superior optical performance and precision.
This brochure introduces various ICSI products, including the latest inverted microscopes, manipulators and ThermoPlates necessary for ICSI, and upright and stereomicroscopes used for ICSI-related work.
